All Revo products are crafted to meet the highest manufacturing standards and are covered against defects in material or workmanship for two years from the date of purchase. But wait! If you purchase the Revo Care+ Rx Program, we protect you if your prescription sunglasses are lost, damaged or stolen.

The program is simple: we’ll replace your original prescription sunglass for a small fee on one occasion within two years from the date of purchase. No questions asked.

Revo Care+ is only available for purchase made with a pair of sunglasses or goggles ordered through Revo (Please note: Revo Care+ must be added to your order at the time your sunglass or goggle order is placed. Previous orders, & 3^rd party purchases are not eligible for the Revo Care+ benefit.)

Replacements apply only to an identical pair.

We charge the following fee for processing, handling and shipping to your door:

Damaged, lost or stolen prescription sunglasses: $ 99

Our warehouse personnel are highly skilled and will pack your products according to our precise and precise specifications. Your items will undergo a thorough inspection and be adequately secured before being shipped. Everyday we deliver hundreds of packages to our customers across many countries. This demonstrates our dedication to becoming the largest online retailer in the world. Both Europe as well as the USA have warehouses and distribution centres.

Orders with more than 1 item are assigned processing periods according to each item.

Prior to shipment, we will inspect thoroughly the items you've ordered. The majority of orders will be delivered within 48 hours. Expected delivery time is between 3 and 7 days.

Returns

Due to the multiple parties involved which include the factory as well as the warehouse, we are unable to completely manage our stock. The actual inventory may change at any moment. It is possible that your order is out of stock once the order has been placed.

Our policy is valid for a period of 30 days. If it's been more than 30 days since the date you bought the item, we unfortunately can't give you a full refund or exchange.

The item cannot be in use and must be in its original condition. The item must be returned in its original packaging.
